What breed of dog is best for you?
We are currently beta testing a breed selection program. It will only return breeds which you can fairly easily find here at Laughlin Kennel. When you are through entering your criteria, the program will return a list of breeds which meet them. If you click on a breed name, you will go to the page with pictures of available puppies of that breed.
Some notes:
- We know there are some typos on the page and will fix them soon.
- The Grooming selection is perhaps a little confusing. Any dog can have minimal grooming requirements if the owner keeps the coat clipped to a shorter length. Intensive, daily grooming is only required to keep certain breeds in a "show coat." We recommend that you make no selection for grooming and then read up on the requirements of the breeds you find interesting.
- You will not find common breeds which are potentially aggressive, such as Rottwilers, German Shepherds, Dalmatians, and etc. because we do not sell those breeds.
- You will not find rare breeds. Nothing is more frustrating than discovering that the Peruvian Lhama Dog is just a perfect fit for you, only to discover that there are none to be found.
